Ploud or GeForce Now
GeForce Now streams the PC games you already own from servers equipped with RTX cards. Ploud rents a physical PlayStation 5 by the hour. The difference is not quality, but kind: one needs a PC version to exist, the other does not.

What GeForce Now does better than anyone
On its own turf, GeForce Now is hard to beat. Ultimate servers use RTX 5080-class hardware, with DLSS and Reflex, delivering 4K images at 120 fps and some of the lowest end-to-end latency on the market. The compatible catalogue includes over two thousand titles. For a PC gamer who already has a Steam library, it offers the best performance for the price.
The barrier, and it is technical
GeForce Now can only stream what runs on Windows. The six single-player games that Sony has confirmed it will not port to PC will never be available on it, nor will GTA 6 until a PC version exists. The service has not listed either one. This is not a catalogue gap, it is a technical impossibility.
Both, line by line

When to choose GeForce Now
If your library is on Steam and you are not after any PlayStation exclusive, choose GeForce Now and stop reading here. At €10.99 per month, no hours credit can compete. Ploud only makes sense for games that require a console.

Frequently asked questions
Will GTA 6 be on GeForce Now?
Not at launch. GeForce Now streams PC games, and GTA 6 has no announced PC version. The service has not listed it.
Is the 100-hour cap really limiting?
For a casual gamer, no. Above an average of three hours per day, NVIDIA has charged for additional blocks since January 2026.
Can you use both?
Yes, and it is often the most rational choice: GeForce Now for your Steam library, hours credit for titles that require a console.
Which has the lowest latency?
GeForce Now, on its higher tiers, with Reflex and servers designed for it. Ploud targets 60 to 100 ms, which suits open-world and adventure games, but is less suitable for competitive shooters.

Ploud or Boosteroid
Boosteroid streams your PC games with no hours cap, from €12.89 per month. This is the feature that fuelled its growth in 2026, when NVIDIA capped GeForce Now. There is still one game it cannot stream, and it is the one arriving on 19 November.

Shadow rents an entire Windows PC in a data centre, with its desktop, files and software. It is more than a gaming service. That is also what prevents it from running any PlayStation game.
ReadGTA 6 on PC
Rockstar has announced no PC version of GTA 6: no date, no system requirements, no Steam or Epic listing. The studio's track record puts a port between seven and nineteen months after consoles, which would place GTA 6 on PC somewhere in 2027 or 2028.
