Ploud or Amazon Luna
Amazon Luna streams a games catalogue for €9.99 a month, in the browser and on Fire TV devices. Its strength is simplicity and family play. Its limit is the same as every catalogue: it doesn't contain what you already own.

What Luna gets right
Luna is the easiest service to get going. On a Fire TV, everything is already there, and the integration with Ubisoft+ opens up a catalogue of big titles to those subscribed to it. It's also the offer best suited to family and casual play, where the others target the already-equipped player.
A small catalogue, and no PlayStation
The catalogue is small next to Microsoft's and NVIDIA's, and it doesn't contain any PlayStation exclusives, for the usual reason: those titles belong to Sony and aren't distributed elsewhere. A game you bought on the PlayStation Store has no way of appearing there.

When to choose Luna
For family and casual play on a TV already fitted with a Fire TV, Luna costs less than ten euros and does the job well. Ploud answers a different question, that of the specific title you own that requires a console.

Ploud or Xbox Cloud Gaming
Xbox Cloud Gaming is the only major service that streams console games rather than PC games, making it the closest to Ploud in principle. Everything else sets them apart: a licensed catalogue on one side, your own library on the other.

Five services dominate cloud gaming in France, from €8.99 to €44.98 per month. None gives access to recent PlayStation 5 exclusives or to GTA 6, for a simple reason: they stream either PC games or a negotiated catalogue.
